Kingdom Love & Light Worship is building its first boots-on-the-ground cohort of musicians, vocalists, worship leaders, creatives, servants and emerging leaders in the Rocky View and Mountain View communities.
We’re not looking for perfect people.
We’re looking to meet people willing to serve, grow, collaborate and use what God has given them to build others up.
Whether your gifting is behind a microphone, behind an instrument, behind the scenes or in equipping people spiritually, there may be a place for you to contribute.

SPIRITUAL GIFTING
Our approach to spiritual leadership is grounded in Ephesians 4:11–13, where different ministry gifts are given for a common purpose:
to equip God’s people for works of service and build up the body of Christ toward maturity and unity.
We want to meet people who believe they may carry gifting or experience in areas such as:
Apostolic / Pioneering
Starting new works, building teams, developing leaders, establishing new communities and helping carry vision into new places.
Prophetic
Prayerful discernment, biblical encouragement and helping point people toward what is true and consistent with Scripture.
Evangelistic
Sharing the Gospel, reaching people outside existing Christian communities and helping others become confident witnesses for Christ.
Pastoral / Shepherding
Caring for people, discipling others, building healthy relationships and helping create communities where people can grow safely and faithfully.
Teaching
Explaining Scripture clearly, helping people understand biblical truth and equipping others to apply it faithfully.
These aren't titles automatically granted by filling out a form.
They are areas of gifting we want to recognize, discern and develop in relationship and community.
